Frequently Asked Questions

Q: How much does it cost to get a feature(s) developed?

A: Our fees for feature development begin at $180 NZD per hour. The final cost, and timeline, of each project will depend on the complexity  and resources available at the time of the request.

Q: Will we be updated on the progress of feature(s) development?

A: Yes. There will be regular progress updates, either through email or during a scheduled meeting, that will showcase the work that has been completed at each milestone as per the initial agreement.

Q: After we agree on the initial development, can we request further development(s)?

A: We are happy to include additional items for development at your request. However, please note that these will occur an additional charge that begins at the same hourly rate of the initial work and is subject to resource availability at the time of the request. We reserve the right to decline additional work on top of the initial agreement.

Q: Will the feature(s) we request be released for all customers?

A: This will be discussed further during the initial project brief and finalised before any work is complete. We can provide you with an advancement period and exclusive use of the feature. However, we reserve the right to release features we feel will benefit all customers in the future.
