Pricing Levels for Materials on Projects and Quotes, Fixes, and Enhancements

July 14, 2020

(Affects TidyEnterprise)

Custom Pricing Levels for Material Items can now be used for the unit charge price on Projects and Quotes.

The default pricing level to be used for a customer is defined within their customer profile and is applied within a project/quote material plan once the project's customer field has been selected.

A "New Material Entry" will use the project customer's pricing level, whereas a "Planned Material Entry" will use the unit charge from the project material plan.

Limitation: This feature is not supported by the Tidy Bulk Entry Tool

Note: This does not include Quantity Breaks or Customer Overrides

Xero Current Asset Account "Inventory"

(Affects TidyEnterprise TidyStock)

The Xero Current Asset Account "Inventory" is reserved for Xero’s own Inventory. Previously, it could be selected in Tidy when setting up the Xero connection causing an error. "Inventory" has now been removed from the selection options.
