Purchase Order Strict Assignments and Fixes

January 18, 2018

Purchase Order Strict Assignments

(Affects TidyEnterprise TidyWork TidyBuild)

This optional new feature requires the Purchase Order price to match the cost on the Project. It also requires the total quantity assigned to match the total purchased. Without this feature, warnings are displayed when there is a mismatch However with this feature turned on, the match is enforced.

By default this feature is switched off.

To turn this feature on you must ensure you already have "Require Assignment" enabled in Company Settings on the Sales & Purchases tab, under Purchase Orders. Then, in the same area you can then tick the "Enforce Strict Assignments" checkbox. (It can be turned off by unchecking the same box).
