Tidy is now integrated with EzzyBills

Tidy is pleased to introduce its latest integration with EzzyBills a popular business transaction scanning application. This integration streamlines business workflow and efficiency.

Bills, Receipts, etc. can be scanned into EzzyBills, then seamlessly flow into Tidy where key data within each transaction can be accurately matched and attached to associated projects, stock movements, etc. before then being committed to your financial accounting general ledger (Xero). This keeps your internal management accounting and specific cost allocations organised and kept in-sync with your financial accounting.

Within Tidy you can now develop more targeted reporting and insight by associating inbound and outbound transactions with people, projects, suppliers and customers. Use this insight to question possible inefficiency or potential loss and provide better internal team information and customer service if queries occur.

An example of how the Tidy-EzzyBills integration works:

1. When a supplier invoice is scanned into EzzyBills, it becomes visible within Tidy for further processing. Any recognised data from the scanned invoice is automatically shown in the Process Receipt screen within Tidy.
2. Tidy will automatically try and suggest a match between the EzzyBills scanned invoice and a transaction within Tidy. This is likely to be an earlier Purchase Order (PO) raised for the items shown in the supplier invoice.
3. Once matched, the PO and its associated invoice are permanently linked in Tidy. If the costs were part of a project, then the documents and details are available for later queries or audit.

This EzzyBills integration is available for all users of TidyWork, TidyStock, TidyBuild, and TidyEnterprise.
