Most of our interns are in their third or fourth year of university. However, we have also second year interns and post-graduate level interns. Most of our interns specialise in software engineering or engineering science, but we also host interns across many other degrees - incuding biomedical engineering, marketing, commerce, industrial and digital design, journalism and more.
We work around your schedule and availability! Internships tend to take place during your university's inter-semester break (July) and/or over summer (late November to early February), but we're pretty flexible. Depending on your internship, you may need to fulfill a certain number of hours overall, but there are no strict start/end dates.
As our internship dates are flexible, so are our application dates. However, we generally start interviewing for July inter-semester break interns in May and early June, so make sure to apply before roles are filled. Similarly, interviews for summer interns typically take place in September. However, if roles are filled before this, we will close applications early. Sometimes we also take interns during the semester, in which case there is no application deadline.
