You can contact support via the support button at the top right, or bottom right of your Tidy software. This ensures that your message is connected to your account giving us the information about you that we need.
If you don't have Tidy you can start a free trial. From there you'll be able to test the software and contact support if necessary.
If you can't login into your Tidy you should contact your System administrator. If you are the System administrator and you can't login you can contact us here.
